1. Acceptance of Terms
- →By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
- →We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Permitted Use
- →The Service provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes.
- →You may use the Service for lawful personal and commercial purposes.
- →You agree not to use the Service to commit fraud, impersonate others, or bypass security measures.
3. Prohibited Uses
- →Creating accounts in violation of third-party platforms' terms of service.
- →Spamming, phishing, or unsolicited communication.
- →Automated bulk use without prior written agreement.
- →Identity theft, fraud, or violation of applicable criminal law.
4. Wallet and Payments
- →Wallet funds are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
- →Charges are deducted only when a verification code is successfully delivered.
- →If a code is not received within the provider window, no charge is applied.
- →Wallet balances have no expiry for active accounts.
5. Service Availability
- →We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- →We are not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party SMS carriers.
- →Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
- →The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
- →We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- →Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
