Terms of Service

Key points: Charges apply only on successful delivery. No refunds on wallet funds. $0.30 cashback per code received. Prohibited uses include fraud and spam.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- →By accessing or using Vymerce Nexus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
- →We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Permitted Use
- →The Service provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes.
- →You may use the Service for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including account registrations and multi-factor authentication.
- →You agree not to use the Service to commit fraud, impersonate others, or bypass security measures designed to protect users.
- →You agree not to use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
3. Prohibited Uses
- →Creating accounts on platforms in violation of those platforms' terms of service, unless you have explicit authorization.
- →Spamming, phishing, or engaging in any form of unsolicited communication.
- →Automated bulk use of the Service without prior written agreement.
- →Using the Service to receive codes for accounts you do not own or have no right to access.
- →Any use that constitutes identity theft, fraud, or a violation of applicable criminal law.
4. Wallet and Payments
- →Wallet funds are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.
- →Charges are deducted only when a verification code is successfully delivered.
- →If a code is not received within the provider window, no charge is applied.
- →Wallet balances have no expiry date for active accounts.
- →We reserve the right to freeze accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, with funds held pending investigation.
5. Cashback Program
- →Users earn $0.30 cashback credit per successful verification code received.
- →Cashback credits accumulate in a separate cashback wallet and may be transferred to your main wallet at any time.
- →Cashback credits have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- →We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the cashback program with 30 days notice.
6. Service Availability
- →We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- →We are not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party SMS carriers.
- →Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
7. Account Termination
- →You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
- →We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
- →Upon termination, your wallet balance will be forfeited if the account was suspended for fraud or ToS violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
- →The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- →We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
- →Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
- →These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
- →Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being brought to court.
